Early Career at HK01
In the initial phase of my career at HK01, I focused on:

Transition to the Solution Team
As my role evolved, I transitioned to the HK01 solution team, where I primarily focused on event-related projects. This shift allowed me to tackle more complex challenges and develop comprehensive solutions.
Key Project: Photo Download Service
One of the most significant projects I worked on was the Photo Download Service. This project aimed to streamline the process of creating campaign minisites, which previously required substantial development resources for each event.
Project Objectives:
- Develop a scalable solution for generating similar sites across various campaigns
- Reduce development time and resources for new mini-sites
- Enhance the overall product for all campaigns requiring photo download services
Project Scope:
1. Internal CMS for site creation
To develop the internal CMS, I conducted comprehensive stakeholder interviews with the marketing team to understand their workflow requirements, studied existing CMS guidelines to ensure consistency and user-friendliness, and designed an intuitive interface that allowed for minimal input while offering necessary customization options. This approach streamlined the process and improved efficiency for the team.
2. Public-facing website
For the public-facing website, I conducted a comprehensive analysis of user data from previous mini-sites to guide our design decisions. This data-driven approach allowed us to prioritize key features such as search and download functions, aligning them with observed user behavior patterns. Additionally, I implemented a responsive design to ensure an optimal user experience across various devices, from desktop computers to mobile phones.
3. Data tracking setup
In collaboration with data experts and analysts, I developed comprehensive tracking strategies. This involved working closely with data analysts to identify key metrics, create user journey hypotheses to guide data collection, and set up GA profiles. We also implemented custom event tracking to capture specific user interactions.
