The Club Co-brand Card

Objective: Develop a customer journey to promote and facilitate applications for a new co-brand card.

I drafted a customer journey to identify awareness and facilitate applications for the co-brand card. This journey involved pinpointing key touchpoints for targeted marketing and educational initiatives, mapping out an intuitive application process from The Club website to the bank's e-application form, and outlining strategies to streamline the user experience at every stage. The proposed journey aimed to boost the appeal of the co-brand card offering, capture potential applicants' interest, and ensure a smooth transition from initial awareness to completed application.

The Club Insurance

Objective: Align business unit, sales, and product team visions for insurance offerings.

To align visions for insurance offerings across different teams, I facilitated workshops that encouraged collaboration and idea sharing. These sessions led to the development of detailed personas, which were instrumental in shaping our product strategy and enhancing the user experience design. By fostering cross-team communication and creating comprehensive user profiles, we ensured that our insurance offerings were tailored to meet the diverse needs of our target audience.

SSO Implementation Across The Club Platforms

Objective: Streamline user accounts across multiple The Club services.

For the SSO implementation project, I designed a user-friendly journey for account merging with clear communication throughout the process. This included showcasing the benefits of consolidating multiple service accounts into a single The Club account and ensuring a seamless transition for users across various platforms. By focusing on these key aspects, we improved the overall user experience and encouraged adoption of the new unified account system.
